AWJM is a non-conventional process and I have found out that this process is suitable for hard material removal, for very small size holes where conventional processes are not capable to work.

Project : Design & Analysis of “Rotary Air Lock Valve”.
In this project, I have studied different types of valves. I have designed the rotor and shaft on the CATIA then did analysis of the same part, for the required load on SOLIDWORKS and to verify it is safe.

Selection criteria of the material for the required component. Also check parameters which required for the machine.

Project : Manufacturing Can Disk “FORMING TOOL” for Shri Pacetronix Ltd. Pithampur.
In this project my roles is as a group leader. Manufacture the tool by using a conventional and CNC machines.
