** Verification of liability account opening documents on a daily basis within TAT & Ensure that critical & non critical audit errors are not made and quality output is given.
** Adhere to the latest & updated banking KYC guidelines circulated by product/audit at regular intervals for verification of liability account opening documents
** Escalate to unit head in case of any suspicious / fudged documents received with the AOF & suggest process improvements for better management of operations
** Attending and resolving queries and doubts from branches .
** Authentication of AOFs for processing\ Rejection.
** Co ordination and follow ups with the Branches.
** Ensuring adherence to Policies and procedures and suggest process improvements for better management of operations
** Monitoring Control account of all branches on a daily basis and
escalation of un allowed entries.
** Preparation and sending of various MIS and reports on daily\
