Preferably with IT or manufacturing industry experience.
Sales admin or purchasing in middle size IT company or big size manufacturing company
Work place – Hyundai AES - Chennai
Any Post Graduate /BE/MCA/MSC/M.com/

Experience : 7 yrs to 12 yrs.

Should have good software and hardware products knowledge
Should have maintained detailed vendor database
Good Oral and written skills in proposal preparation and presentation
Excellent negotiating skills
Preparation of invoice and follow up payments
Net savvy and knowledge of MS Office
Must have the knowledge of taxation pertaining to software / hardware products
Reporting officer – Managing Director
JD Person should play a dual role procurement cum sales
(Process will happen only within the group companies)
In terms of sales -should assist our MD
Prepare invoices and follow up payments
Client interaction and coordination
Prepare proposals, give presentation and finalise contracts
In terms of procurement - Independant handling
Identify vendors and maintain vendor database
Getting quotes and Negotiation with vendors
Ensure proper and timely delivery of the product
