SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

QUALIFICATION: BE / MBA with emphasis on computer science / Sales & Marketing

WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ Yrs

BASED AT: Bangalore or any of the following locations: Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, NCR and Kolkata.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Will be responsible for creating new business opportunities
o Process ownership, ability to use [implement] six sigma tools in improving sales process efficiency
o Implement sales process ( end to end) Lead generation, Building Sales Pipeline, Meeting Customers, Selling, Getting Signed Contracts, CRM / Account management
o Service Delivery, Customer Satisfaction & Repeat Business
o Achieve US$ 2 million Annual revenue target

ESSENTIAL:
o Must have IT Sales (Software Industry, on-site/off shore) Experience
o Should have been involved in hard core sales activities in the past
o Preparing business strategy
o Should be able to generate minimum 4 leads per week [ 20 Leads per month]
o Should be able to convert greater than 25% leads to Customers / Signed contracts
o Should be able to achieve targets and generate revenue

DESIRED:
o Must have worked in similar roles with TOP 10 IT MNCs
o Writing Proposals
o PMI certification / Deep knowledge of Software Project Management
o Exposure to SFA tools [ Sales force / CRM tools]
