    Locations : Mumbai

    Role :Role Identify, develop, promote and facilitate trade & investment opportunities for Australian companies in India.

    Experience/Qualifications :
    Tertiary degree (or equivalent sales and marketing experience) combined with significant industry experience.
    3+ years relevant business experience.

    Duties :

    In accordance with Austrade's efforts to significantly ramp up Austrade's efforts to accelerate Australia's exports, investment and commercial alliances with India :
    Identify, develop and promote business opportunities for Australian companies in India.
    Provide a significant contribution to the development and delivery of Team business plan, including appropriate market strategies, identification of Australia's strategic trade and investment interests and promotional activities within India
    Contribute to and support a strong team culture with a joint focus on delivering the Industry Team business plan targets Develop, manage and maintain a strong customer base, using Customer Relationship Management tools/ techniques.

    Achieve agreed Team and Industry targets, including sub regional targets/outcomes covering trade, outwards and inwards investment
    Ensure strong working relationships with onshore operational divisions and other Austrade allies, promoting genuine “Whole of Government” practices and operating culture
    Build and maintain successful networks and relationships to promote effective outcomes externally with clients, customers and allies in Australia and overseas
    Represent Austrade professionally within business and Government, both in Australia and in market
    Provide client service in accordance with Austrade's Client Service Policy and record key activities and developments in Austrade's business systems
    Manage work loads to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved and that clients/ customers have appropriate follow up programs in place
    Work as part of an Austrade team while supporting the proper practice of workplace diversity, and ethical practice Occupational Health and Safety principles

    Selection Criteria :
    1. Demonstrated high level communication skills (includes interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, presentation and representation) with particular ability to articulate concepts/ideas and represent Austrade and Australia in a professional capacity, to a broad range of audiences
    2. Demonstrated record of achievement in the development and management of high level relationships (includes : stakeholder groups (internal/external), client, customers, allies and partners etc) to leverage/optimise business networks leading to the achievement of successful business outcomes
    3. Ability to monitor and drive own performance including; implementation of initiatives/strategies, and action plans to ensure successful achievement of agreed outcomes outcomes.
    4. Ability to contribute to achieving a high performance culture/environment (such as providing vision, transfer of skills and knowledge, coaching and providing feedback to all levels of staff) in a virtual/matrix management environment
    5. Demonstrated experience (or knowledge/understanding of) : Australia's international business capability within the market; and Identification of opportunities within the market, and your ability to optimise those opportunities
    6. English language proficiency

    Right now I am working as a Corporate Manager (Sales) in Goodluck Motors Pvt Ltd. My responsibility is to demonstrate the Hyundai Cars in Different corporates. Also need to give them the best services after sales.
    I have around 1.5 yrs of experience in Marketing field. Previously I was working in Mumbai for around 1 year.
