    Summary :
    The position is intended as a developmental assignment to hold responsibilities as a product, sales & soft skills trainer.

    Department : Training

    Reporting to : Corporate Training

    Details :
    Training & Development of the Retail Team members to meet the strategic business objectives.

    duct both classroom & On Floor Training for the respective teams.

    Ensure execution of training (as per the training calendar) & feedback.

    Ensuring in-depth knowledge provisioning and product related query solving for new entrants.

    Identify gaps in knowledge and conduct refreshers as corrective measure to improve productivity.

    Understand curriculum design, methodology, approaches, and delivery strategies.

    Develop training methodologies as directed by the Senior Trainer.

    Coaching assigned stores on new product launches and on floor training.

    Probation Period Duration : 6 months

    Experience : 3 to 4 years

    Education Profile : Graduation

    Travel Required : Ocassionally
