Details :

* Provide after sales support to the customer as per the Bose standards

* Installation and commissioning of the systems

* Attending service call post installation & commissioning

* Maintenece - Post installation

* Rack building for System Integration

* Work on the circuit and connectivity diagrams

* Train the customer to operate the system

Probation Period Duration : Six months

Experience : 0.5 - 2 years

Education Profile : Graduation

Special Course : B.E / B.Tech

I have worked / operated the different Raw Mills supplied by Polysius (V.R.M.), FLS (V.R.M.), Loesche (V.R.M.) & IHI (Ball Mill with O-sepa) and different dry process cement rotary kilns supplied by Polysius, FLS, Intercem/Cemprotech and IHI (Japan).

Presently I am working with THYSSEN KRUPP INDUSTRIES PUNE as DY.MANAGER-SERVICES and involved in whole cement plant commissioning in India and over-seas since 10/09/08.

The plant Sharjah Cement Factory line-2 was supplied by IHI (Japan) and commissioned successfully in the year 2002 .
During the commissioning of the plant I played the major role with IHI and I was given one month extensive training in IHI (Tokyo-Japan) for the new cement plants concept and commissioning.

Similarly I have attended several training programmes arranged by NCBM and ACC during my working in India.

I have experience of independent working and able to commission Cement plant independently.
