    Main Purpose of the Job

    The Instructor – HR Training (Dangerous Goods Regulations & Cargo) will be responsible for delivering training programs to support the Guest Services, Security, Operations, In-Flight, Engineering logistics and Cargo Department in accordance with an agreed training plan in order to improve the quality and standards of staff performance . He/she will adhere to the syllabus of the different programs, for Initial and Recurrent training, and update staff on existing and new Kingfisher procedures/policies (when applicable). He/she will ensure that skills are upgraded to meet job requirements and enhance work related performance and professional skill by delivering courses enthusiastically, encouraging participation and engaging the audience. With good time management skills, the incumbent will deliver the programs that meet current company and regulatory body standards, in a cost effective manner. He/she will be acting as an ambassador for the training department, forging and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers.

    Educational Qualifications :
    • University graduate in any stream

    Experience :
    • The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in the Aviation industry. He/she should possess a good understanding of Dangerous Goods and Cargo procedures.
