    Job Description : To administer, control and develop the accounting function of the hotel on the basis of the uniform system of accounts in the company and to exercise complete control over income, expenditure, cash flow, fixed assets and movable assets of the hotel.

    Salary : Salary in the range of 35-45k per month.

    - Monitor cost and profit performance of all departments regularly and provide recommendations/suggest corrective action.
    - Preparation of monthly financial statements.
    - Preparation of month-end and year-end closing entries.
    - Posting of activity to the general ledger, including monthly accruals.
    - Research and correct account discrepancies.
    - Monitoring and maintenance of recording and reporting fixed assets and related depreciation.
    - Participate in the annual budgeting process.
    - Maintain accurate transfer records of products between hotels and within departments for proper accounting.
    - Review peer hotel month end packages, including bank reconciliations and various other analysis
    - Work directly with the Corporate Department Heads, Hotel General Managers and Operations Management
    - Take initiative to identify areas and provide suggestions for improvement
    - Research and resolve technical accounting and system issues.
    - Timely completion of Statutory and Internal Audit of the unit without any disqualification.
    - Budgetary control to ensure desired financial performance with emphasis on profit maximization through revenue enhancement and strict expenditure controls.
    - Handle all matters pertaining to insurance claims, banking, etc.,
