Qualifications : Science/ Agriculture/ Veterinary Graduate with MBA from reputed college, must have strong analytical and management skills
and must have a thorough knowledge of Veterinary industry

Job profile : Product management of veterinary pharmaceuticals and Biologicals including ethical and rural marketing, new product development, training of marketing teams etc

Experience : at least 3 years in similar capacity in veterinary/ pharmaceutical industry, and 1-2 years of sales exposure (at least 6-7 years of total experience in product management and selling areas)

Salary : will depend on experience and profile, not a constraint for the right candidate

About us :
The National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) set up Indian Immunologicals Ltd. (IIL) in 1982 with the objective of making Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) vaccine available to farmers at an affordable price. The technology for FMD vaccine manufacture was obtained from M/s. Wellcome Foundation Limited, United Kingdom. The plant in Hyderabad today has a capacity to make 80 million trivalent doses of FMD vaccine. Following the successful introduction of Foot &Mouth Disease Vaccine-Raksha, IIL launched the tissue culture vaccine "Raksharab" in 1989.

More than 20 years. (From last 15 years I am working for cement industries)
Presently I am working as a Production Engineer Operation in Cement organization ACC Limited. (Sister Concern of holcim Switzerland).
Duration: - 01st March 1995 to still continuous.
I had managed Electrical as well as Mechanical jobs also during my work experience.

15Years of functional experience in the field of Cement industry with main emphasis on Production, quality and Maintenance. Analysis and gained considerable experience in various fields like process improvements to increase productivity, save power and commissioning jobs etc.

Profile Current Organization.
Presently working as a Production Engineer for ACC Gagal cement Works, (2002 to Continuous). With responsibility to manage the all operation job activities, planned and schedule maintenance jobs, Achieve production targets, save Electrical Power and analysis the reason of every stoppage or Break down, working on SAP and safety audit as per schedule. Other then this operates on line 4950 TPD. And 4250 TPD. Off line calciner kiln, VRM 360tph, Raw Mills 2No 150tph each and Coal Mills.
Projects:-
1) I got opportunity to worked on deputation for Behabran Cement plant (Iran) to achieve the production target, maintain all parameters like sec. air as well as T.A. duct air temp or shot out the operational problems, which was effected plant efficiency and operation parameters with the helps of Behabran cement plant operators. These target achieve after modification in preheater cyclone and Pre cal. by ACC/IICEC group in Dec 2004.
2) Commissioning jobs in year 2004-05. Kiln 4250TPD plant at Gagal cement works.
3) I got the opportunity for worked on deputation for Yanbu Cement Company (K S A) on deputation for 3 years.

ACC Lakheri Cement Works, (From 1997 to 2002). Worked as a Assist Engineer with responsibility to operate the kiln and manage all operational maintenance jobs of 1500 TPD Kiln with out calcinear, VRM 200 TPH, Coal mill & lime stone crusher.
Projects:- Commissioning Kiln 1500 tpd, VRM 200 tpd and Coal Mill. in year 1997.

ACC Kymore Cement Works, (From 1995 to 1997). Worked as a Foreman Plant with responsibility to inspect and manage the all running equipments. Rectified and manage if any equipment have problem or I have gotten opportunity to learn the kiln operation work 250 TPH, Raw Mill 300 TPH and Coal Mill Operation.

Usha Telehoist Ltd:-I (1993 to1994) had worked in this organization as a Maintenance Engineer with responsibility to manage shift Maintenance jobs Electrical as well as mechanical. (Cranes, Vibrator machine, Electrical Furnace etc.
Kudos Chemical Ltd :- Worked for this company as a Electrical Engineer in 1993.
Punjab Nitrate Ltd :- (1991 to 1993). I had worked for this organization as an Assist Engineer Electrical with responsibility Maintenance Electrical Equipments.
Raj Electrical Co. :- I had worked for this company as a Field Supervisor with Responsibility of installation Electrical motors and Panels I worked for this company around one year.
