JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the day to day planning activity for batch packing on the basis of monthly plan.
- Responsible for the day to day manpower planning.
- Check and ensure that the BPR and the PM for the batch to be packed are in place.
- Check and ensure that all the equipment to be used for the batch packing is clean.
- Ensure that the packing equipment is cleaned and operated and maintained as per the standard operating procedure.
- Ensure that the Product is packed as per the batch packing record.
- Ensure that the spares for the machine are maintained.
- Ensure that the cleanliness in packing area is maintained to the highest standard.
- Ensure that the documents are maintained as per the Standard operating procedure.
- Follow all the laid down cGMP guidelines and ensure that no deviation of the same takes place.
- Ensure that proper line clearance procedure is followed during product / batch change over.
- Inform my superiors immediately in case of any deviation / breakdown observed.
- Interact with the maintenance / utility regarding the availability of steam/ compressed air/ Nitrogen.
- Interact with manufacturing / QA supervisor to ensure that line clearance is taken as per standard operating procedure.etc.
