Job Description

The specific areas of responsibility will be as under :
o To Supervise various on going l construction works for quality and timely completion.
o To monitor the progress of work and take timely action for removal of hindrance if any for the work .
o To measure and prepare bills of various construction works.
o To function as interface on technical matters between the maintenance vendor and IITM RP.
o To prepare small drgs and sketches as per requirements, prepare estimates with proper market rate analysis.
o The analyze rates received from vendors for their conformity to market conditions.
o To help in the preparation of budget for the various works .
o To take appropriate action for preventive maintenance activities and advice the maintenance vendor .
