Description:
The trend for producing parts of high accuracy and required surface finish-grinding is one machining process. Grinding machining is a process of producing a wide and very fine surface finish and of high dimensional accuracy.
Our Project Tool-Post Grinder is a type of grinding machine where the machine is mounted on the Tool-Post of the Lathe machine, so the operation of rough machining and fine finishing can be completed in single set-up of workpiece.
Therefore, compared with other processes, it saves manpower cost, set-up time, surface finish is of high quality, cost effective and high in dimensional accuracy.

The project that we have done is on non-destructive in foundry. NDT of engineering materials, component and structure has steadily increased in recent years at a very high rate because of the all round thrust for improving material quality, component integrity and performance reliability.

- Actively participated in NDTV & TOYOTA Greenies design challenge 2010 held at idiom, Bangalore
o Designed trophy for NDTV & TOYOTA Greenies eco awards 2010.
