Central Social Welfare Board invites applications for the following posts as per the details mentioned against each post. The officers appointed against these posts are liable to be posted on all India basis in State Capitals of 33 States. The job basically involves touring for monitoring, inspection and identification of voluntary organization implementing/for implementation of different programmes sponsored by Ministry of Women & Child Development, Central Social Welfare Board and respective State Govts. etc. in different districts/blocks of the States:-

1) Name of the post - PROJECT OFFICER
Scale of pay - Rs.9300-34800+5400 (Grade Pay)
No. of posts - 1 (One)
Reservation of posts - OBC (One)
Age - Not exceeding 40 years till last date
of receipt of application.


2) Name of the post - ASSISTANT PROJECT OFFICER
Scale of pay - Rs.9300-34800+4600 (Grade Pay)
No. of posts - 2(current)+2 (anticipated)
Reservation of posts - Current Vacancy -OBC (Two),
Anticipated Vacancy-General (Two)

Age - 30 years

Name of the post - WELFARE OFFICER
Scale of pay - Rs.9300-34800+4200 (Grade Pay)
No. of posts - 17 (Seventeen)
Reservation of posts - OBC (Five) - 5
SC (Three) - 3
ST (One) - 1
Unreserved (Eight) - 8
Age - Not exceeding 30 years till last date
of receipt of application.

General Instructions:

1) Application form and documents should be submitted preferably on A-4 size paper. Name, Father’s/Husband’s Name, Address for correspondence and Nearest Railway Station must be filled in English letters of English language only. Application must be filled either in English or Hindi. No other language will be accepted.

2) Persons working in Central/State Govt./PSUs must apply through proper channel only, along with a certificate from their Head of Office/Establishment that neither any Vigilance nor Disciplinary Action is pending nor contemplate against them, and that they have no objection in releasing them in case of selection. Application not accompanying with No Objection and or received after due date will be summarily rejected without any communication.

3) Application in the prescribed format duly filled in all respects along with attested copies (By Gazetted Officer) of all the essential and desirable qualifications certificates (Not original) pertaining to Academic/Professional/Technical qualifications (Over and above the minimum prescribed qualifications), Date of Birth(according to class 10th certificate), Caste certificate, should be enclosed in the envelop super scribing “Application for the post of Project Officer/Assistant Project Officer/Welfare Officer" to reach the Deputy Director (FO Estt.), Central Social Welfare Board, Dr. Durgabai Deshmukh Samaj Kalyan Bhawan, B-12, Qutub Institutional Area, New Delhi – 110 603, within 30 days from the date of the publication of the advertisement in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar. Application received after the last date of receipt will not be considered. The Executive Director, CSWB shall not be liable for any postal delay/damage.

4) The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be closing date of receipt of application from candidates.

5) Candidates must affix a recent (Not more than 03 months old) passport size photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer on the application form at the place provided for it and also enclose 02 (self attested), more copies of the same photographs with the application form in a firm condition, in absence of which, the application form shall be summarily rejected.
