Parinaam Foundation is an independent not for profit organization primarily working with Ujjivan customers across India to provide them microfinance + services. Ujjivan plans to reach 2,000,000 customers by 2011-12 and Parinaam wants to cover 8,000,000 customers and family members during that period.

Job Description
The job will be overall operational responsibility of the entire operations of Parinaam which will include developing & managing the various micro finance + programs and overseeing the associated support functions like human resources, finance, audit, marketing & communications, sourcing & relationship with donors etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferably an MBA but not mandatory.
Work Experience in managing business or project execution of 5-10 years.
Passion to work in the social Sector.
Self Driven requiring minimum supervision.
Skills Requirement:
Planning: Developing & monitoring performance against a business/project plan.
Execution: Strong execution skills of projects & managing their performance.
Team builder & leader.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Knowledge of support functions: finance, human resources, audit & marketing.
Computer Savvy: Should be proficient in MS Office & Project Management Programs.
