In the research project “the dairy sector of Andhra Pradesh (India) :Structural change, Quality, Opportunities for exports and their impact on local dairy farmers”, Carried out by LICOS - Centre for Institutions and Economic Performance and Faculty for Business Economics of University of Leven(K.U.L,Belgium and Glocal Research Consultancy Services, Hyderabad.. The main objective of the study is to understand the situation of dairy production in rural areas of AP, and to know whether farmers are following all the necessary measures which they need to practice who involved in the dairy occupation, such as caring of DA’s, maintaining proper cleanliness while milking and packing the milk, about feeding practices of DA and so on. Study mainly focused on famers to know are they making good money for the milk sold by them or they are cheated by Agents/middle man or buyers. The attempt was also to know how far the farmers are getting benefited by the dairy activities through govt. policies and programmes.
PATH Foundation (RNTCP Preliminary Human Resource Workload review)
Worked with PATH Foundation, Hyderabad in a USAID funded TB India project entitled “RNTCP Preliminary Human Resource Workload review”. For this Project work three states Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan and Gujarat were selected. The main aim of this project was to assess the workload of RNTCP contractual staffs (STS, STLS, DTO, DEO/Part-Time Accountant and IEC Officers). Data was collected by using various tools mainly the interview schedules. The project was carried out for two months in these three states with direct regular visits to the field.
HIV/AIDS Project
Synovate India Chennai, India. Conducted a Qualitative Research by name “Facility review study” on HIV-AIDS Project in five districts of Andhra Pradesh i.e; Hyderabad, Kurnool, Medak, Srikakulam, and Vijayawada. Basically we had interviewed three categories of patients On ART, Pre-ART, New HIV detected patients, Pregnant Woman below 0ne year after delivery and child care giver and four service providers Medical. Officer-ART, Medical counselor, Pharmacist, D.E.O. The Project was funded by three International organizations, Bill Clinton Foundation, FHI,(Balala sahayoga) ,and Care foundation India. The main aim of this project is to study the process of on-going treatment in Art center, to know whether the patient has all minimum comforts like chairs cabins water, toilet, and lab with in Hospital or ART centre itself. Here Interviews were conducted though audio recording then report writing, few observations were also recorded by prompting questions during the interview.ans also to know is there any child play area and child friendliness in the Art centre or not, when a patient visit to ART Centre. The main purpose of the study is to identify gaps which abstracting the smooth function of project. The outcome will help in clearing the gaps.

- PARIVARTAN : A Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation funded Project. A ongoing study on FSW of Guntur, Nellore of Andhra Pradesh. From December 2011. I was been monitoring and planning for the project. The study is mainly to study and examine the FSWs condition what changes are encountering the FSWs life. So the study is planned through interviews on Socio- economic vulnerability, clinic usage, condom usage, marketing and male condoms. FSW Experiences with police and about other disturbances faced by FSW while negotiation and contact with the clients etc. Mainly will be helpful to know to what extent the changes happened and to what extent is that necessary.
1. Socio-economic vulnerability among FSWs, money lender, shopkeeper who loans FSWs money, secretary of a finance scheme, husband or lover of FSW who has debts
2. Clinic use : FSWs who use clinic services regularly or who have dropped out after initial use, clinic counselor, doctor, clinic task force member
3.Condom use : FSWs, condom task force member, person in charge of distributing or social marketing of male and condoms, people who stock condom outlet box, peer educators who distribute condoms, lodge keepers who stock condoms in their premises, clients of FSWs
4. Experience with police and policing practices interacting with FSWs, member of police task force, a member of police (from constable to SI to DSP, any rank), peer educators or CBO members who accompany FSWs to police station to register complaints
- NVBDCP Formative research : on Malaria in states of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, and West Bengal. Regarding Kala azar in Bihar, Jharkhand.
NVBDCP BCC Implementation :
Currently BCC implementation Programme about to start in the Agency areas of Paderu Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Project related logistics and IEC materials designed, Mobile van for creating awareness in tribal communities.
With some street plays, skits etc addressing large number of audience in the public meeting to creat awareness in PTGs, and other tribal and non tribal groups.

Extra-curricular Activities
As a part of student activities in the University of Hyderabad, I was been very active in student activities. Leading a team of action in functioning of student’s Union, made vibrant changes in its functioning. Not only as a student but also been as Dy. Election commissioner of student’s Union for the year of 2008-09, got a good appreciations, from Vice-Chancellor of UOH, for maintaining the law and order as-well-as maintaining discipline in the campus during Elections in the campus. And proved our Election commission team (of 30 students) as best of all universities in India for following the Lyngdoh committee recommendations, as per guidelines given by supreme-court of India.
