Job Description

- Handle complete documentation for exports Pharmaceuticals products.
- Dealing with Forwarders, Clearing agents, Customs.
- Planning export shipment, making c container loading plans, arranging timely movement of cargo.
- Pre & Post shipment documentation. Preparing BRC, Proof of Exports & Excise Refund,
- LC preparation, Preparation & Submission of BRC in the bank and its procedures should have experience in Pharmaceutical Products.
- Co-ordination with overseas as well as local clients.
- Ensuring record keeping and systematic documentation management.
- MIS updation.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all organizational and client information.
- Knowledge of export policy, Conversant with DGFT, ECGC, Export House certification.
- Experience in handling Export benefits like DEPB, Advance License, Focus Scheme & merchant trading transaction.
