Our Client is a Hi-Fashion Garment Export Company
Experience - Minimum 3-4 years experience in Export Office Job.
Education - Min Graduate
Location of Job : Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- All Computerised Documentation for:
>-- Export Documentation: Invoice, packing list, Bills of exchange, etc.
>-- Banks: FEMA Declaration, Inward / Outward Remittance, Current Account Management.
>-- General Correspondence: Letters / Emails, General Followups, Accounts related followups.
- General Office Work such as Booking Couriers, Travel Bookings, Supervision of Maintenance of Office, General Purchase of Stationery
- Managing work of Office boys and Outbound Executives.
- Arranging Transportation for goods on phone.
- Filing – Documents, Bills, General papers, Maintaining all papers in orderly way.
- Taking Telephone Calls.
- Managing Petty Cash and day to day accounts.
- Need Not know Tally package but must be able to work with Accountant to solve all queries.
- Organise and storage of all samples inward and outward.
- Managing stocks and maintaining records for all movement of goods.
Requirements:
- Garments Exports Knowledge preferable.
- Preferable able to speak in Good English
- Strong Organisation Skills – Good at Filing, Documents, Follow Up, Operations, Admin.
