• Graduate Engineer Trainee.
B. Tech. / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University or College approved by A.I.C.T.E. (Minimum Eligibility – Aggregate 65 % of all semesters)

• Production Engineer
B. Tech/ B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2-5 years of experience in the field of Heavy Engineering fabrication. Having knowledge of Industrial Hydraulics is an added advantage.

• Quality Inspector
B. Tech. / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2-5 years of experience in the field of Heavy Engineering Fabrication. Should have a sound knowledge of Quality Procedures and well versed with A.S.M.E. standards and other International Quality Standards. Having knowledge of ISO 9001: 2000 is an added advantage.

• Production Planning Control
B. Tech. / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2-5 years of experience in the field of Heavy Engineering Fabrication. He should have a sound knowledge of PERT/BAR method and other statistical production planning methods. Having knowledge of ISO 9001: 2000 is an added advantage.

• Production Manager
B. Tech. / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5-8 years of experience in the field of Heavy Engineering Fabrication.

TECHNICIANS
• Mechanical Fitter
I.T.I. in Mechanical Fitter field with at least 2-5 years of experience in the field of Heavy Engineering Fabrication.

• Maintenance Fitter
I.T.I in Maintenance Fitter field with at least 2-5 years of experience. He should have a sound knowledge of Electrical lines, Diesel Generator Set, Drilling Machine, Arc/ MIG Welding Machine and other general purpose machine.

• Electrician
I.T.I. in Electrician trade with at least 2-5 years of experience in Control Panel Wiring. He should have a sound knowledge of maintenance of Arc/ MIG/ TIG welding machine, Radial Drilling M/c and other general purpose machine.
