Job Description :

As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include defining product vision, gathering requirements and working with a world-class team to execute them. An ideal candidate must be an influential leader who excels in an entrepreneurial and dynamic work environment.

Required skills are :
* Understand user needs and conduct market research on competitors.
* Define product scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Prioritize product features and write detailed, precise specifications
* Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
* Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedule
* Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

Requirements :
* BTech preferred in Computer Science or a related technical field (an MBA is a plus).
* At least 3 years of product management or product design experience for internet products.
* Market knowledge of Internet-related industries is preferable.
