Job Description :

The core competencies/ roles & responsibities required for this role would be as follows :

Strategic Planning :
(i) The Candidate will be responsible to plan all activities of the listed company Brahmaputra Infraprojects Ltd which having orders of 400 to 500 cr.
(ii) Should be an inspirational and visionary leader to provide strategic leadership, direction and management through this key time of change and growth ? and beyond it.
(iii) Formulating short term and long term strategic plans/budgets to enhance production operations and meeting organizational objectives.
(iv) Having previously led an organization with minimum turnover of al least 300 cr. annually for at least 3 years through a time of positive change, you must have proved yourself capable of setting a cohesive strategy and then translating it into action and achieving measurable results.

Project Planning :
(i) Candidate must have excellent techno-commercial, leadership skills, proven financial acumen, excellent influencing, negotiating and fund raising skills, backed by considerable senior management experience. You must also demonstrate that your leadership style is rooted in our values of being an inclusive and collaborative organization and one that is empowering yet decisive.
(ii) Conceptualize the Company in terms of feasibility study, Evaluation, Basic Engineering evaluation, vendor selection and finalization, site selection, project evaluation in terms of outlays & profits.

Process Improvement/ Cost Reductions :
(i) Handling various continuous improvement initiatives in the process. (
ii) Conceptualizing & implementing strict measures in the operating procedures for optimizing resource as well as capacity utilization.
(iii) Analyzing various processes/applications and recommending modifications & equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.
(iv) Devising systems and process changes for productivity improvements, reducing rate of rejection, better quality control and timely Job completion.
(v) He would be responsible for the strategic planning, execution of plans, overall growth of the company both organic and inorganic & Identify market and business needs.
(vi) Develop success plans.

Man Management & Leadership :
(i)Thus, man management will be a core competency required in the individual. Handling the entire team of people at the various levels and influencing their performance standards to maximize output would be key to this leadership role of a CEO&MD.
