Job Description
- Building long term design data management strategies & Implementing PDM system within entire group of companies.
- Design, development, testing and deployment of workflows, forms, reports, database items, attributes, workflows and dataset types.
- Defining the process automation like engineering change process, drawing release process, and change notification process, revision control process for long term PDM goals.
- Understanding each engineering centres need & Customising the PDM system to suit the automated process.
- Multi-Site PDM Collaboration.
- Applications training, training needs assessments, and development of training plans. .
- Documentation of application, reports and workflow changes, Export/Import, File transfers, troubleshooting, lost data recovery.
- Data gathering of local site requirements to support Engineering & PDM system.
- Defining the Necessary Integration, Customization, Logical Phases of the Implementation & implementation Plan.
- Controlling Vault, Process management, process modeling, design control, Configuration management, product structure management, and engineering change Program management Workflow.

Project & Seminar Work:

- Project Name: PICkit2 Development Programmer/Debugger
Company: Logic Power Pvt.Ltd
PICkit2 debug express allows in-circuit debugging on selected microcontroller units. In-circuit debugging allows the designer to program the PIC microcontroller is embedded in the hardware, thereby assisting the designer in debugging the firmware and hardware together. It offers various functions like programming, reset, run, halt, single step, examine change file registers etc. The PIckit2 debug express is a low cost development kit with an easy to use interface for debug as well as programming.

- X-10 Based Home automation:
X-10 communication protocol is used to send signal over 220vac wiring. This project discusses the implementation of x-10 on a PIC microcontroller to create home controller that can both send receive x-10 signals .The home controller application described in this project allows user to program on and off times for to sixteen devices, using 2x16 liquid crystal display and five push buttons. A built-in light sensor can be used to turn lights on at dusk and turn them off at dawn.
- 8 Zone intruder alarm:
It is built around the ATMEL 89c51 that that can monitor up to 8-sensor .The status of individual sensor is indicated by an LED. The alarm is armed by opening key lock switch at which point exit delay (60s) which allows you to leave protected area without triggering alarm. If sensor contact is opened the alarm is armed after the exit delay has expired, entry delay (60s) will begin in case of burglary after expiring the delay the alarm is triggered with the help of micro controller & relay circuit.

- Railway signaling system:
The basic idea of this project is the beam between LED & IR sensor cut by the railway & sensor output voltage is given to ATMEL 89s52&given to signal display &LCD.&also transmitted via antenna to receiver using modulation(ASK).At the base station it is received by receiver circuit &given to RS232 level converter &interfaced with computer with serial port. We have done program in VB software to indicate the position of railway in circuit

The Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) is an interautonomous system routing protocol. An autonomous system is a network or group of networks under a common administration and with common routing policies. BGP is used to exchange routing information for the Internet and is the protocol used between Internet service providers (ISP). Customer networks, such as universities and corporations, usually employ an Interior Gateway Protocol (IGP) such as RIP or OSPF for the exchange of routing information within their networks.
