Production Manager (Home Furnishings) - Kanpur
EXPERIENCE : A minimum of 10 years in a textile home furnishing and garments manufacturing plant.
QUALIFICATION : Graduate in textile engineering and experience in textile home furnishing and garments manufacturing plant having at least 3-4 years as a Profit Center Head. The incumbent should have a proven track record of leading a team of professionals from Production, Quality Assurance, TQM, Supply Chain, Compliance, Accounts, MIS and Administration, to integrate and realign them to achieve the targeted business plans.
RESPONSIBILITY : He will be responsible for planning, organizing, budgeting and successfully carrying out operations at the factory as per the business plans of the company. He will be the profit center head and responsible for profit & loss of the factory. This being a senior management position, the incumbent is expected to possess a high degree of analytical, persuasive, communication and decision-making skills with highest energy levels.

Production Manager (Polyester Yarn) - Kanpur
AGE GROUP : Around 35 Years
EXPERIENCE : A minimum 5 years of which at least 1-2 years as a Manager in a plant.
QUALIFICATION : A Graduate in Textile.
RESPONSIBILITY : The candidate should be a system-oriented person responsible for 200 tons per month of Dyed Yarns. He should possess thorough knowledge of international quality standards vis-à-vis specific quality requirements of buyers. He will be in complete charge of Yarn Division of the company. He should possess a high degree of analytical, inter-personal and persuasive skills. He should have excellent communication skills for building and leading the team and handling labor related matters.
