Educational Qualification Required
* Computer Engineering
* Additional Computer Programming qualifications (Diploma/ Certification courses)

Requirements of Work Experience/ Previous Assignments Handled
* Atleast 2-3 years of Flash Programming background.
* Dynamic Flash action-scripting using AS2/ AS3 (Action-Scripting)
* Work experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and Javascript
* Knowledge of XML for usage in Flash & Flex
* Knowledge of Flex 2 and experience in developing RIAs (Rich Internet Applications)
* Some programming experience in Java or DotNet would be good
* Preferably having worked on Interactive Flash animations, Dynamic Flash Games, web-based applications with Database interaction

Brief Job Description
* Action Scripting based Flash animation
* Developing/ Coding Flash based applications/ games
* Work under the leadership of the Team Lead/ Project Manager and deliver project within timelines and with expected quality.
* Play a support role to the Team Lead : Flash and act as a temporary backup for the team lead when required
* Interacting within the team for trouble shooting problems faced in the project or understanding the different aspects of a requirement
* Guide junior developers and help in their skill enhancements wherever needed
