    Training On CNC Machine :

    Training Syllabus

    The Training course is conducted in 5 weeks comprising 3 modules.

    1. Module I - Fundamentals of CNC Router (1 week)

    2. Module II - Basic Programming & Operations on CNC Router (2 weeks)

    3. Module III - Advanced Programming & Operations on CNC Router (2 weeks)

    The classes will be from 9 A.M. to 5 30 P.M. everyday except Sunday & alternative Saturdays.

    Course Fee

    The Course is being conducted at a fee amount of Rs.2000 for full course which consists of 3 modules.

    The course materials for 3 modules are also supplied free of cost by the Training Center.

    Lunch & Tea for the trainees is provided during the training only during working days.

    Selection Procedure

    > The candidate should possess AWTC certificate with computer knowledge/Autocad otherwise the candidate should possess diploma/degree with computer knowledge.
    OR
    > The Candidate should possess I.T.I Certificate with Computer Knowledge and also experience in Wood working field.

    Training Procedure

    The theory class consists of Training on programming with individual computers arranged in a separate Software Training Room.

    The practical training on CNC Router will be started after the completion of training on Software is over and the Trainee is well versed with the usage of Software.

    During practical training the trainee will be taught to operate the CNC Router with safety. The basic maintenance aspects also will be explained along with practicals.

    It was born in Bangalore in 2003, thanks to the co-operation between IWST - Institute of Wood Science and Technology, ICE - Italian Institute for foreign Trade and ACIMALL (Italian Woodworking Machinery and Tools Manufacturers' Association). The aim of the center is to offer professional training on the latest Italian woodworking machinery.
