Experience : 10-20 Yrs Experience Any UG/PG with CA, ICWA
Desirable Skills :
Qualified CA/ICWA/MBA/MCom with 10 - 12yrs of total work experience in manufacturing industry.
5 -7 years in the position of GM in a mid sized / large Company
Experience from Infrastructure companies will be an added advantage.
Candidate must be fully conversant with Taxation, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting.
Should be well versed with Focus/Tally 9.2 / ERP Version
Candidate must be experienced with arranging Project Finance for various projects as well as Expansions etc.
Candidate should be smart and articulate with good communication and presentation skill.
Candidate should be able join in Short notice period of time.
Role & Responsibilities :
A . Corporate Planning & Systems
Involved in corporate planning during organizational restructuring at all levels.
Involved in formulation of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of the company,
Involved in Financial projections of collaborations / joint ventures envisaged.
B . Finance
Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting.
Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements.
Procurement of Foreign Exchange Loans under different lines of credit and arranging guarantees from Financial Institutions for foreign currency loans in favour of foreign lenders.
C . Banking and Working Capital
Preparation and appraisal of working capital proposal.
Fixing up arrangements of working capital.
Bill Discounting and L/C backed Bill discounting at competitive interest rates.
Arranging Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantee.
Arranging Suppliers' Credit and Buyers' Credit.
Placement of commercial papers.
Liaisoning with Senior Officials of Banks,
D . Accounts & Audit
Finalization of accounts.
Attending statutory auditors, internal auditors
Timely Statutory filings and statutory payments.
Stores/ Materials accounting.
Tax audit details preparation
Computerized accounting.
Debtors management and credit control.
Accounting Standards and their implementation.
E. Taxation
Oversee Personal taxation - employees.
Oversee Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals.
F. MIS, Budgeting & Costing
Costing - product and process.
Budget preparation and Budgetary controls.

I have thorough knowledge of the working of Accounts Department and have been finalizing the Accounts of Manufacturing Organizations independently. Presently serving with the responsibilities of a H.O.D. (F&A) as a Dy. Manager. My nature of duties includes :
ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE :
- To facilitate in sanctioning of Term Loan / Mid Term Loan / Corporate loan and enhancing the working capital limits while our company has grown up in the last 5years.
- To start & monitor the Factoring Facilities & Export Documentation & benefits.
- Monitor the monthly cash flow of company and follow up with sales & marketing department.
- Follow up & co-ordination with marketing department for retrieving of old / disputed payments.
- Management & delegation of the work to the right person & follow up till the result has achieved.
ACCOUNTING SKILLS :
- Feeding the financial Institutions/Banks with requisite details as per their requirements like stock statement, FF1 & FF2 statements submit in bank on monthly/quarterly basis.
- Purchasing accounting, Sales accounting, Stores accounting and Inventory control.
- Checking of expenses and consumption of raw materials in comparison with production achieved.
- Controlling of branches from Head Office, their routine functioning with regard to Sales/Expenditures /Stocks and their profitability.
ROUTINE WORKS :
- Preparation of monthly cash budget, its reconciliation with actual expenses pin pointing any shortfall/surplus to come.
- Preparation & compilation of MIS and other profitability statements as per Board’s requirement
- Preparation of quarterly results and Balance sheet of the company..
- Collection of Data from various departments and preparation of yearly budget of the company.

- At present working in H.O of M/s. Raunaq Automotive Components Ltd., a leading Gear manufacturing company of India. This enterprise is essentially meant for production of Automotive Transmission Gears Engine Timing Gears Ratchest & Sprockets and Precision Machined parts. The company has been certified ISO / TS :16949:2002 / TS:518901-000 The company has grown by 400%in last 5 years & further have very rich plans to expand the operations.
- Worked with M/s. Victor Cables Limited, Panchshilla Park, New Delhi in the capacity of Accountant from April 1987 to April, 1990.
- Worked with M/s. Ansal Group of Companies in their manufacturing unit i.e. Ansal Papers in the Capacity of an Assistant Accountant at their Head Office, New Delhi for the period 5 ½ years, from November, 1981 to April, 1987.
- Worked with M/s. Koreri Enginerring Works, Nazafgarh Road, New Delhi as an Accounts Assistant from July, 1979 to November, 1981.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION :
Passed Post Graduate Diploma in Finance Management from Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar in the year 1994.
