    Job Description
    o Making Attendance on daily Basis for our all Employees at plant level
    o Maintain all Statuary Records & Registers at Plant level.
    o Handling employees grievances on day to day basis
    o To send a report regarding man power to Ho HR on daily basis
    o Time to Time Checking& Arranging all Papers In our TM /Company vehicles As per MV Act.
    o Recruiting/ scanning down the line workers /drivers/pump operators/ scraper operators & forward to HO HR.
    o Co-ordinate with local police /Traffic Police & other govt Bodies
    o Maintaining discipline at plant level.
    o Training & Induction Of new employees/ Workers
    o Lassoing with all govt .Officer as representative of HO HR
    o To arrange Casual labour at at plant as per requirement.
    o Preparing attendance record of whole month.
    o Cheecking/vering the monthly attendance of all employees as well as contractual employees.
    o Cheecking/verifing the daily& Monthly Attendance of security Staff.
    o Making a good atmosphere at plant between all Employees as well as local people/ industries.
    o Verifying the local Convence bills of plant employees.
    o Guest house of Staff/ workers developing & providing the support service.
    o Day to day coordinate with HO HR
    o Attending any type of Accident /Injury TM/Manpower.
    o Developing/controlling guest House as per company Policy.
