JOB DESCRIPTION-
1) Build and maintain relationships with a company’s clients.
2) Resolve customer service issues through emails and telephone.
3) Ensure that client needs are met in a way that improves customer satisfaction and increases profitability for their own company.
4) Answer customer service questions and resolve issues related to functions.
7) Maintain a record of the emails received and to draft a reply to those emails.
8) Interact with various departments, providing input that is used to create sales proposals and streamline business operations.
