Assistant Manager, Manager & Assistant General Manager

IDBI IDBI Bank Ltd., 'a new generation' fully computerized banking company under the Companies Act, 1956, having majority share holding by Government of India, is engaged in providing entire range of banking services. Applications are invited for the posts as mentioned below, for the Bank's branches/offices spread all over India.

Assistant General Manager (AGM) - 150 posts

Eligibility Criteria as on June 1, 2008:
Age: Not more than 37 years.
Qualification: Graduation (full time regular course) in any discipline from a recognized university. Additional qualification of CA, MBA, CFA, JAIIB/CAIIB would be preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years officers experience in a Bank. Contractual experience and experience as an executive would not be considered.


Manager – 179 posts
Eligibility Criteria as on June 1, 2008:
Age: Not more than 32 years
Qualification: Same as indicated for the post of AGM above
Experience: Same as indicated for the post of AGM but minimum experience of 3 years officers experience in a Bank

Assistant Manager (AM)– 200 posts
Eligibility Criteria as on June 1, 2008:
Age: Not more than 30 years
Qualification: Same as indicated for the post of AGM above


Experience: Minimum 3 years clerical experience OR 2 years executive experience OR 1 year Officer experience OR combination thereof (weightage to be considered on proportionate basis), so as to have 1 year equivalent experience as an officer. The experience has to be in a Bank/Banking & Finance related organization. [Direct contractual experience with a Bank would be considered].
