PROJECT DESCRIPTION :
Project involves digitizing of individual buildings given in the ortho maps. The features in the maps like buildings, and roofs and sub roofs, dividing the buildings according to the fences etc. digitizing the buildings accurately as maintaining the 90 degrees between the two perpendicular lines in the polygon, no short segments less than 1m and no redundant features, the proximity between beside buildings should be greater than 1m in the digitization. The all errors are rectified by the tool DC103 given by the client. After digitization we added the attributes to it according to the client specification. These tasks are done in the Autodesk map. Then exporting this file to the Arcgis to convert it as a shape file. Adding the roof block id to the shape file.

Projects Description : The data conversion, migration & integration involve a one-time transfer of data from the existing sources and source systems to the target system. These are the network inventory & topology data of the OSP (out-side plant) of Swisscom Fixnet Ltd. telecommunications network. Dynamic data or the work order from the project planning and order processing will only be taken into account to the extent that they affect the data conversion,migration& integration phase.
The basic concept of the job is digitizing and incorporating mainly using Micro Station, CAD packages.
Job includes conversion of raw data and drawing into intelligent data.
Swisscom (Switzerland Telecommunication Fixnet Limited). This is the utility management project involving the capturing of OSP (Out Side Plant) utilities of Telecom Exchange. The utilities are Conduits, Ducts, Cables, Splices, Distribution Boxes, Manholes, NTP’s, Exchange buildings, Missing land bases, etc.
Mode of work :
Step 1 : We will capture the Civil network like Manholes, Ducts, Conduits adapters, Poles, NTP’s form the Client provided Raster data and AV data into Micro Station V8 format.
Step 2 : We will import this Civil network output which is in Micro Station into Small world data store and this we will capture the cables information inside the Civil network
