HIGHLIGHTED TECHNICAL WORK EXPERIENCE :
DI & DR (Defect Identification and Defect Rectification) on steering-gear system, which was a severe operational defect which was not able to solve by the dockyard staffs, I traced the whole diagram and localized the problem in wheel house and solved the same and made the system operational.
DI & DR on Radar system traced the diagram and rectified the defect by replacement of a DC Relay in transmission device.
DI & DR on ships stabilizer control panel PCB supply system and solved the defect.
DI & DR on Training drive of the weapon system (whole Electrical Power Drive) many times in relays and capacitors.
DI & DR on the hydraulic drive of weapon system.
DI & DR on leakage of the pneumatic miniature Ak630
DI & DR on display system of Radar traced the diagram and rectified the problem in the amplifier unit and PFN (pulse formation unit). And also calibrated the amplifier
DI & DR on auto change over switch supplying the main control supply ( replaced the selenium diode)
DI & DR on old radar and localized problem in transformer and rectified the same. Innovatively modified the auto change over switch function as per requirement on the event of failure of the control contactor.
DI & DR on positional control on a weapon system (totally new to me) and rectified the problem.
DI & DR on tacho-generator of a latest radar system.
DI & DR on training drive of system and replaced receiving selsyn (synchro) and tuned the system as per requirement.
Rectified the defect on ICCP system
Designed and developed radar calibrating system with detector, low noise pulse amplifier, signal shaping circuit, digital circuit using TTL ICs and power supply system for the system. (Done with only requirement provide by the authority). All the amplifiers were made with op-amps, all digital circuits & timer circuits with TTL ICs and the power supply circuits with regulator ICs and filtering capacitors. For the development very intensive study carried out on the system. All the design of the PCB and wiring is done by me with use of MultiMeter, Oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer and logic analyzers.
Designed and developed under water telephone using 1.mic amplifier with agc, 2. Band pass filter, 3.modulator (AM), 4. Output matching transformer, 5. Power amplifier (100W) with traditional transistor (push pull), 6metal box design and whole cabling, 7 preparation of 50 &24 core cables by soldering by myself. The system was tested and working satisfactorily.
Prepared the event capturing system and programming of the same by using the OEM soft wares
Resolved a circuitry problem in alignment device by using logical analysis
Rectified defect on RO plant system supply PCB contactor burnt out due to sea water spillage, repaired the PCB and calibrated the whole RO plant there it was functioning good.
DI/DR on hp oscilloscope which was told non repairable by shore staffs, I opened and repaired the same and done thorough calibration. Functioning well
Developed under water telephone mod. Kit to overcome the difficulty of communication problem

Used pulse generator for the digital circuits developed and amplifiers.
Intensively used oscilloscope in various defect analysis, design and developments
Visited NPOL, at Kochi for development of front end stave input low noise amplifier and made it.
Guided many people for technical advancement of knowledge
Defects on power distribution and insulation improvement and isolation also done in various occasions.
DI/DR on windlass hydraulic system defect is actually on the hydraulic side but earlier everyone thought of it was due to electrical side ,I traced the hydraulic circuit and proved the problem with the pressure switch and rectified the defect.
Leakage problem in the pneumatic system of the starter is solved by replacing the rubber gasket.
