    Position Regional Sales Manager – Buses

    Role Manager/Senior Manager Buses- responsible for bus business for southern market.

    Location Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad

    Academic Qualification Engineers (any field) preferably MBA in Marketing

    Experience 10 - 14 yrs

    Reporting To Regional Manager- Buses

    Responsibilities
    1. Analyse monthly and yearly with the team the total industry volume (TIV) movements , market share, environment, etc, deploy yearly sales plan, firm up the plans monthly and yearly, model wise, evolve score cards, develop work plans and communicate to dealer.
    2. Prepare sales promotions plan in consultation with dealer/financiers, devise and monitor and approve exception to schemes, approve ads and promo material, and ensure reimbursement to dealer.
    3. Forecast demand, analyze stock levels, and indent to the plant. Allocate vehicles in case of supply constraint Review Vehicle billing, payment collection and accounting, Verify margin money, dealer financing limits, complete month end reconciliation of accounts.
