Role To take care of Direct Tax (Income Tax) related matters

Responsibilities
1.Handling of tax assessments, including preparation of replies and compilation of details of group companies.
2.Advance Tax computation of companies.
3.Preparation of provision for tax on quarterly basis.
4.Preparation and follow up of rectification and refunds with Department.
5.Assistance in preparation of Income Tax returns.
6.Preparation of MIS of direct Taxes.
7.Control chart of contingent liabilities of each company and reconciliation of tax returns with Financial Accounting.
8.Preparation of Control chart of contingent liabilities of each company and reconciliation of tax returns with Financial Accounting.
9.Transfer pricing compliances.
10.Tax Audit of companies
11.Drafting of brief for legal opinion
12.Preparation of appellate matters.
