SENIOR SITE ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION :
* Senior Project engineer is responsible for part of a project, or a specific set of works.
* Should be a graduate of Civil Engineering with 8 to 10 years of work experience.
* She/he must possess good communication and people management skills.
* Should possess the ability to study drawings, specifications and understand the project concept.
* Should possess thorough understanding of civil construction and project execution.
* Should possess the ability to have the work executed by skilled and unskilled workmen.
* Should possess a sense of ownership and have the ability to independently execute specific work.

Duties and Responsibilities :
* Candidate should have proper understanding of civil execution.
* Prepare daily reports and communicate the same to the concerned.
* Ensure quality of work delivered by the agencies.
* To study drawings, tender and specifications.
* To ensure compliance to quality and safety standards.
* Responsible for execution of work at the site, interaction with laborers.
* She/he should have experience in execution and finishing work of high-end residential projects, Villas and apartments.
* Candidate should have knowledge of plumbing and electrical works for residential and commercial buildings.
* Should have knowledge of all latest related software applications.
* Should have sense of ownership in project.
* Good communication skills and expertise is must.

SITE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION :
* Project Supervisor is to be an Graduate in any discipline with Minimum 10 year experience in Civil Construction activities.
* Possess good communication skill.
* Capable of optimizing the works of skilled and unskilled labour independently.
* Good knowledge of building finishes.

Duties & Responsibilities :
* Construction supervisor should be able to manage group of skilled and unskilled workers at construction sites.
* He should report to Project Engineer, who is responsible for the efficiency of all the workers at construction site.
* He should keep records of the materials used and the progress made on a job.
* He should communicate company rules and policies to the workers.
* He should be able to read drawings and plans.
* He should be able to give clear directions and to ensure that they are followed.
* He should coordinate work efforts and ensure activities are sequenced correctly.
* He should have capability to take responsibilities which changes from day to day depending on the progress of the project and unforeseen events.
