* Construction Manager / Project Manager is responsible for executing a project from inception to handing over, on schedule and within budget.
* He/She must possess excellent communication and people management skills.
* He/She is responsible for planning, co-ordination and control of the project.
* He/She will ensure that the set project goals regarding the functionality and quality standards are met and project is concluded successfully.
* The Construction/ Project manager is responsible for effectively dealing with any delays due to natural causes, accidents or civil disturbances.

Duties and Responsibilities :

* Planning, scheduling, coordinating and directing the project.
* Scheduling and coordinating all design inputs during the construction.
* Selecting, hiring and overseeing the work done by sub contractors.
* Determine the best source of construction materials.
* Planning and sourcing the required workmen.
* Ensuring that all safety precautions are adhered to by the construction workers.
* Ensuring that the project work is completed on schedule with desired quality.
* Monitoring the compliance with set regulations.
