Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Inside Sales Member
Purpose of Job: To generate quality leads supporting the achievement of revenue targets.
Minimum Qualification Required: BBA/MBA (Marketing) / PGDBM / MMM/Btech/BE
Minimum Relevant Experience Required: 1- 3 years
Critical Skills Required:
• Tele-Calling to USA, Europe and APAC regions ( preferred not mandatory)
• Must have Good Communication & interaction Skills.
• Worked in a IT/ Software company ( preferred not mandatory)
Job Responsibilities
Understanding the products, skills and expertise of GM thoroughly.
Understanding the services that GM provides in design and development of software solutions
Canvassing, cold-calling for prospects within the given territory.
Understanding the requirements of the customers and mapping it generically to the services of GM or to the expertise and skills within GM
Building brand image in the market through sustained campaigns (not imp)
Help in Retaining and growing the client portfolio
Maintaining a database of the current and prospective clients
Carrying out market intelligence activities for the sector, identifying clients and their needs respectively
Providing strategic inputs to proposals based on the market demands (not imp)
