Key Result Areas :
A. Sales
- Set targets for each sales staff in the department in consultation with the department Manager.
- To ensure that the targets are achieved.
B. Team Management
- Ensures scheduling the weekly off so that proper coverage is maintained on a daily basis.
- Ensures it is prepared on time on a weekly basis.
- Monitor daily and weekly targets vs. achievement.
- Plan action plan for each day and implement.
C. Maintenance of the Department
- Ensure Department is kept neat and tidy.

D. Visual Merchandising
- Maintain the premium look of the department in consultation with VM.
- Guide the staff in terms of product display, product highlight areas, mannequins, positioning of signages, layout plans etc.
E. Merchandise Handling and replenishments

- Makes sure replenishment of stock is done timely to ensure optimum stocks in all the sections.
- Merchandise is displayed as per the instructions of the Category Management team.
- Analyses the Level of Stock and Sales in their department - Brand wise, Unit wise & Item wise with respect to Value and Quantity.
- Calculates Stock Covers.
- Analyses Warehouse Stock and Store Stock for all products - Item wise.
- Analyses the Sales Reports.
- Keeps track of selling and non-selling items & slow and fast movers.
- Outward non-moving stock to the warehouse.
- Clear all Soiled & Damaged Merchandise.
F. Customer Service
- Handle customer complaints and issues.
- Providing scheme information to staff, CSD,
G. Report Making
- Weekly and monthly reports related to stock position.
- Identifying Fast movers and Slow movers.
