    Job Description : Strong administration skills, good communication and presentability are a pre-requisite. Should be able to manage and co-ordinate the day to day activities of MD's Office. Should be efficient in Secretarial duties and in handling all management related activities, arrange meetings, attend important guests and visitors and manage MD's routine and calendar, multi-tasking and prioritising tasks.
