WALK - IN - INTERVIEW
Walk-in-interview will be held at National Institute of Science Communication and
Information Resources, for engagement of the following positions on the dates and venue mentioned
against each :-

Project Assistant Level-II, @Rs.12,000/- per month,). 9.30-1030A.M on 15.11.2010
Prescribed Qualifications :
M.Sc./B.E. (OR equivalent) in any branch of Science with 55% marks in qualifying degree, which is relaxable by 5% in case of SC/ST candidates.
Desirable : proven data collection and writing skills.
Age : Not exceeding 28 years as on 15.11.2010.

Project Assistant Level-III @Rs.14000/- P.M.,.9.30-1030A.M on29.11.2010
Prescribed Qualifications :
MCA or B.E/ OR Equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology with 55% marks in qualifying degree, which is relaxable by 5% in case of SC/ST candidates. Two years post degree experience in Web and application development using Microsoft.net. OR M. E./M. Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology
Desirable : Web development tools and Microsoft.net, C# Visual, Sql Server, Good knowledge of design technologies.
Age : Not exceeding 32 years as on 29.11.2010.

Prescribed Qualifications :
MCA or B.E/ OR Equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology with 55% marks in qualifying degree, which is relaxable by 5% in case of SC/ST candidates.
Desirable : Relevant exposure on open source software, i.e., LAMP(Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP), XML, Web 2.0. In addition, the incumbent will have a passion to development customized scientific data management software.
Age : Not exceeding 28 years as on 30.11.2010.

Prescribed Qualifications :
M.Sc. / B.E/ OR Equivalent in any branch of Life Science / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Toxicology / Bioinformatics sciences with 55% marks in qualifying degree, which is relaxable by 5% in case of SC/ST candidates.
Desirable : Relevant working experience in Prior Art Search and patent informatics.
Age :Not exceeding 28 years as on 29.11.2010.

The engagement is purely on temporary basis, which may be extended or curtailed, depending on the duration of the sponsored project and satisfactory performance/conduct of Project Assistant. The engagement shall not bestow any claim for appointment in NISCAIR/CSIR, temporary or otherwise. It would, therefore, not confer any right/claim, implicit or explicit for consideration for regularization/absorption. Mode of Selection : In case large number of candidates turns up, the candidates will be short listed for interview by a duly constituted Screening Committee. Only the shortlisted candidates shall be interviewed by Selection Committee. The panel so prepared will be utilized for engagement as Project Assistants as and when requirement arise
Eligible candidates may appear together with duly filled-in downloaded Application Form (backto- back), for “Floating (Walk-in) Interview” on the date(s) specified above between at 9.30 AM to 10.30 AM in the Conference Hall of the respective campus(as mentioned above), along-with latest passport size photograph, original and one set of attested copies of all certificates/ testimonials. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH, should bring copies of certificates in the proper format issued by the appropriate authority as per the latest instructions issued from time to time on the subject.
