NOTICE FOR WALK-IN INTERVIEW
Walk-in interview will be held for the appointment of Resident Doctors under
Residency Scheme in this hospital as per details given below. The appointment will be
on Regular Basis for a period of one year extendable up to three years for Senior
Residents on annual basis and Six months for Junior Residents extendable up to one
year subject to satisfactory work & conduct report.

(2) ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
FOR SENIOR RESIDENTS :
(i) Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in concerned specialty from a recognized
University with valid registration with Delhi Medical Council.
(ii) Must not have completed 03 years Senior Residency in any recognized
institution.
(iii) Age 35 years (Maximum) as on the date of publication of the advertisement. Age
relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as admissible.

FOR JUNIOR RESIDENTS :
(i) MBBS Degree from recognized University with valid registration with Delhi
Medical Council.
(ii) Age 30 years (Maximum) as on the date of publication of the advertisement. Age
relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as admissible.
(iii)Must not have completed Junior Residency in any recognized institution.
(iv)Must have completed internship not before two years from the date of
publication.

[3] EMOLUMENTS :-as per recommendation and govt. notification on 6th CPC for
Senior Resident & Junior Resident.

[4] CONDITION FOR RECRUITMENT :
[1] All the eligible candidates should report in the office of the undersigned at 9.00
AM.[Time for enrollment from 9.00 to 10 AM] on the day of interview.
[2] For candidates applying for OBC category, the certificate must be issued by the
Competent Authority of Govt. of NCT of Delhi. Persons with disabilities shall be
given as per rule.
[3] The number of vacancies may vary.
[4] No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the interview.
[5] Hostel accommodation is compulsory for Junior Residents.
[6] Candidate must submit their Bio-data with attested photocopy of certificates and
original documents should be shown at the time of interview.
[7] The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the Main Notice board of this
hospital. No correspondence/personal enquiries shall be entertained.
[8] Candidates are advised to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned
in the advertisement before appearing the interview.
[9] Other service conditions will be applicable as per service conditions prescribed from
time-to-time by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
[10]Candidate who is already in Govt. Service should submit No Objection Certificate
from the employer at the time of interview.
[11]Jurisdiction of Dispute- In case of any legal dispute the jurisdiction of court will be
Delhi/New Delhi.
