Job Description
• Actively involved in Gap Analysis of QA Testing Processes. It involves analyzing the "As-Is" process, "Finding Gaps", "Recommendations", "To-Be" process.
• Create Test Plan, Work assignment and tracking in the team, Escalating project related issues and concerns with client and Status Reporting for QA activities
• Responsible for the Creation of Automation Test Scripts, Test Execution. Test Management and Defect Tracking using Quality Center.
• Ensure timely activity, integration and efficient use of time and resources to meet the requirement.
• Responsible for managing project within the constraint of scope, quality, time and cost to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction.
• Manage peer-level client relationships (estimations, expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.)
• Actively involved in meetings and discussion with the client for requirements freeze.
• Defining scope of the project and gathering Business Requirements for different releases.
• Conducting & facilitating tollgate meetings
• Collecting, analyzing & disseminating project information and reporting on progress to senior management.
• Status meetings and escalation meetings

Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
• Lead and guide team members during testing activities.
• Understand functional and test requirements and initiate/continue the test activities.
• Ensure timely testing through proper tracking, monitoring and planning for Releases.
• Should be very hands-on testing and should be able to provide solutions to client test teams, internal team members or external teams.
• Communication with development/requirements teams and end users for Releases.
• Understand, analyze and measure existing testing processes and make appropriate changes and recommend improvements.
