1) I handled & Prepared 40 FEEDER ‘s in MCC PANEL in Plant.Motor like 3hp, 7.5hp,5hp,10hp,15hp are control from MCC PANEL & Prepared 30 DOL STARTER feeder & 10 S/D STARSTER Feeder.
2) I also handled & Prepared High water level sensor(CWR,Guttur pump.etc) .in all plant. total 32 controlling feeder prepared by me & electrician using flot s\w,off delay timer,contactor.fuse etc.
3) I am handling the project like to control & maintain the RPM of Induction motor.Through VFD (AMTECH LTD. Ghandhinagar) . total 16 No’s feeder control & prepared by me. Using RPM meter,selector s/w,stop-start push button etc.Also installed proper parameter in VFD FOR Operation.
4) I also work with my Project incharge in new Project like Modification of pharma plant.estimate the total load,selectin of feeder,selection of incoming cable,motor cable,Temp & Humidity control Applied in AHU.also Estimate the Lightning load & cable length.
5) Estimating & Calculate the total KVAr (Capacitor Bank) Require for 2200 KVA fixed Load (Average) to Achive UNITY POWER FACTOR.It’s Initial Power factor is 0.96 .615 KVAr (Capacitor Bank) is Require for this load to Achive the power factor near to the unity.
