National Bal Bhavan, an autonomous organisation and fulIy funded by the Government ofIndia, Ministry of Human Resource Development, requires the services of Consultants/persons for the under mentioned work on contract basis for a period of 1 year:-

Officer on Special Duty- to convene Board Meetings including circulation of Agenda Items, preparation of Minutes etc. and should be fully conversant with Establishment matters. He will be required to deal with alI important matters Retired Class-I Officer from any Govt.Department can also apply.
Consultant for Civil Engineering- candidate should have degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil. I' Engineering and should Executive Engineer (Civil) from any Government Department who will be required to do alI Maintenance and construction jobs of NBB and JBB, Mandi..

Consultant (BBK)-to handle all Administrative matters, Coordination with the 54 Bal Bhavan Kendras situated in Delhi and should be conversant with Fine Art such as Music and Painting etc. He/she should be retired Class-I Officer from any Govt. Department.
Jr. Consultant - to handle Establishment matters and stores. He should have been retired from the post of Section Officer in the Govt. Department.

Person for Drama - The candidate should have expertise and knowledge of direction of script writing, theatre
performance, set designing, make-up, costume designing, lighting and an ability for imparting training to children of age 5-16 years.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate and Diploma in any field of Performing Arts.

Person for Environmental Science - The candidate should possess B.Sc. degree in any subject of Biological Science from a recognised University/Institution and should have knowledge to impart environmental science
education training to the children of age from 5-16 years and to do practical in the field relating to environmental science.

Persons for Painting and Art & Craft - The candidate should possess Sr. Secondary and a Diploma in Painting and Art & Craft from recognised University & Institution respectively. He will impart training to children of age 5-16 yearsand perform alI other work assigned to him from time to time.

Person for Performing Arts - The candidate should have degree from recognised University and a diploma in Music (Vocal and Instrumental) from a recognised Institution Or Senior Secondary from recognised Board and a Degree in relevant discipline from a recognised Institutions.

Persons for Clerical Job - The candidate should possess Senior Secondary or its equivelent from a recognised Board or University. His typing speed on computer should be 40 w.p.m. in (English)/35 w.p.m. in (Hindi) Or Skill of data entry and word processing in Computer.

Special Officer (Bal Shree Cell). Dynamic persons with demonstrated sterling qualities of originality and creativity to devise programmes and function as mentors of the children. Rich experience in working with children and a sound knowledge of Hindi and English (both spoken and written) would be necessary. Educational Qualification- Post Graduation in any discipline.

Co-ordinator (Bal Shree Cell). Will be responsible for co-ordinating activities for the implementation ofBal Shree
Scheme with Bal Bhavans, local resource persons and to organise the three Level Selection Camps at Zonal Centre and Headquarter Office. He/she will also be responsible for analysis of the data received from various quarters regarding the scheme. Rich experience in working with children would be necessary

. Educational Qualification- Graduation.
Data Entry Operator (Bal Shree Cell). The candidate should possess Senior Secondary or its equivelent from a
recognised Board or University. The responsibility of the Data Entry Operator will be to feed and analyses the data in the Computer and preparing statistical statements and analysing the data, etc.
Typist (Bal Shree Cell). The candidate should possess Senior Secondary or its equivelent from a recognised Board or University. He/she will maintain alI the records and attend to the typing work in English as well as in Hindi.
Essential: Knowledge of Pagemaker, Coral Draw, Photoshop + MS Word.

Note: Shortlisted candidates for Data Entry Operator and Typist will be re quired to appear for a test to determine their working efficiency.

The consolidated remuneration will be paid depending upon the qualification, experience and expertise of the
candidate. No other service benefit will be admissible. Preferance will be given to young and energetic persons or retired officers possessing rich experience and sound health.
