Government jobs in banks : Post Graduation Eligibility Requirement [Query]

Most of the banks have eligibility of at least 60% in graduation for positions of PO or assistant manager. They do not mention about post graduation requirement.I have 50% in graduation however i have 7.03 CGPA i.e. more than 60% in MBA (post graduation). Can i apply for these posts on the basis of post graduation marks? can the bank authorities be contacted in this regard?

However I can see from some PO eligibility requirement:

"The candidate must be a graduate/post graduate from any recognized university with aggregate of 55%. percentage."

That means you have to meet the minimum requirement either at the graduation or post-graduation.
However, it cannot be generalized as the case with all advertisements.
The requirements vary and you have to verify the requirement every time.
