Applications are invited for appointment to the following regular posts in the Orissa State Co-operative Milk Producers’ Federation Ltd., (OMFED) for its Corporate Office, Bhubaneswar & different Units located in Orissa.

Post : Manager (HR),Manager (MM)
Qualification :
Graduate with PG Degree/PG Diploma in HRM/IR/PMIR/MBA with specialisation in PMIR or HRM from a recognised University or Institute. Candidates with LLB Degree shall get preference.
Max.Age as on 31.10.10 : 40 yrs.
Scale of Pay : PB-3-15,600-39,100,GP-6,600

Post : Manager (Finance)
Qualification :
CA / ICWAI
Max.Age as on 31.10.10 : 35 yrs.
Scale of Pay : PB-2-9,300-34,800,GP-4,600

1. Application complete in all respect along with photocopies of testimonials and certificates, a recent passport size photograph shall reach the Chairman-cum-Managing Director, OMFED, D/2, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar – 751 007 on or before 25.11.2010. Post applied for is to be superscribed on the top of the envelope. The Federation shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transit.

2. Computer knowledge is necessary for all the above posts.

3. The number of posts may be increased or decreased as per decision of the Management.

4. The Federation reserves the right to cancel / amend the Recruitment Notice.

5. Submission of wrong information / document and suppression of relevant facts will lead to cancellation of appointment.

6. Internal candidates fulfilling the requisite criteria for higher post may also apply.

7. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates as on 31.10.10. The candidates to submit certificates issued by the competent authority.
