Job Description
Heading Outbound Tours Division
Independently operating FIT's & Groups team
Handling corporate and individual travel plans
Good Contracts with foreign agents and service providers
Negotiating with airlines, hotels and ground transports for best rates
Preparing of tour itineraries with costing
Designing new products and packages
Ticketing Domestic and International (Amadeus)
Organizing tours (other land arrangements)
Recruitment, training, evaluation and management of directly reporting staff.
Handling a Team of 40-50 Agents, TL's, AM's, Managers.
Reporting to the Head Operations


Ideal Profile

1. Graduate with 4-8 years experience in Outbound Leisure & Dometic

2. Must possess good destination knowledge.

3. Should have sound knowledge of OBT

Should have Excellent Leadership skills and excellent client handling skills.
