WORK EXPERIENCE
- Worked as web assistant in ROTOMAN MACHINE, four colour and five colour machine with Tandam and Single web machine for Two years from 2007-2009 in EMIRATES PRINTING PRESS, DUBAI.
- Currently Working in MITSUBISHISH L1100 four Colour weboff set machine of double circum blanket cylinder and double quarter folder delivery.
- Undergone Industrial Exposure Training in Thomson press(India Today), Maraimalai Nagar Pin-603209, for four month from (20/05/2006 to 31/08/2006).

PROFILE OF MACHINE WORKED
- ROTOMAN MACHINE Runs at the speed of 60000 copies/hr.
i. Machine Size 965mm X 630mm.
ii. Worked from 36GSM to 130GSM paper and prepared splice at speed of 55000 copies for hour.
iii. Fixing and removable of the plate is done automatically, which known as power plate loading system, each and every unit can be fixed individually at a time.
iv. Machine will run single (16pages) and also as Tandam(32 pages).
v. Colour Registration is done automatically for which we have to set mark location, which known as MVR(Mark Measuring system).
vi. Colour is done automatically which is known as DENSI WEB, which helps to level the ink keys at the beginning itself.
vii. Worked in different kind of folding they are quarter folding A4, Tabuloyed Folding A3, Double Parallel Folding, Delta Folding, Sheeter, Double Parallel with Chopper and Delta With Chopper.
viii. Worked in gluing and softening for some particular kind of jobs.
ix. Undergone three months erection with German engineers.
- MITSUBISHISH L1100
i. Machine size 965mm X 578mm
ii. Type of splicing is Zero splicing which can work at the speed of 30000 copies/hr
iii. Blanket cylinder is Double circum compared to plate cylinder, where blanket cylinder rotates once while plate cylinder rotates twice.
iv. There is a separate unit between chiller and folder which Functions like a printing unit to perform perforation on each form.
v. Double delivery is being used according to the double circum of the blanket cylinder, while plate cylinder is of single circumference.
vi. Worked in different kind of folding they are quarter folding A4, Tabuloyed Folding A3 and Double Parallel Folding.
