Applications in prescribed form are invited for the following posts:-
1. Assistant Registrar – 01
Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 GP of Rs. 5400
Required Qualifications: A first class Master Degree in Business Administration, Arts, Science or Commerce.
Desirable : MBA(with specialization in finance/HR) or Degree in law or Chartered Accountant and ability to work in areas of Administrative matters (Recruitment, Establishment rules, Handling of disciplinary & Legal matters or Purchase Rules, Stores Accounting) Financial procedures/Accounting, Rules & Regulations concerning Student Administration.
Age: Below 35 yrs.
2. Stenographer - 02
Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 GP of Rs. 2400
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree with minimum Typing speed of 40 w.p.m. & Short hand speed 80 w.p.m. and proficiency in computer /word processing.
Desirable 1.A certificate from state Technical Board (Typing and Short hand)
2. Diploma in Computer Application.
Age: 18-27 Years
3. Junior Accountant - 01
Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 GP of Rs. 2400
Qualifications & Experience: B.Com with 2 years relevant experience + knowledge of Accounting Software.
Age: 18-27 Years
General Instructions
1. Separate application form should be submitted for each post.
2. Applications in the prescribed format downloaded from the website ( www.iiti.ac.in) should be submitted along with attested copies of testimonials with a registration fee of Rs. 100/- by Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay payable at Mumbai. SC, ST & PH candidates are exempted from registration fee.
3. Illegible applications, not conforming with the prescribed application format and contrary to the instructions given herein will be summarily rejected.
4. Reservation: Reservation for the posts advertised are applicable as per Govt. of India norms to SC, ST, PH and OBC candidates. The candidates applying against reserved posts are required to attach the attested copies of relevant certificate issued from the concerned Competent Authority in the proforma as prescribed by the Govt. of India. The Institute follows the Central List in the case of OBCs.
5. Mere fulfillment of qualifications and experience requirements does not entitle candidates to be called for test or Interview.
6. No correspondence whatsoever will be entertained from candidates regarding conduct and result of interview and reasons for not being called for interview.
7. The Institute may conduct written and /or Practical Tests for all the above posts and only those candidates who qualify the said tests will be called for interview.
8. The application form without the attested copies of all relevant certificates (both experience and professional) will be rejected.
9. The prescribed application form and the details of the advertisement can also be downloaded from the website of IIT Indore (www.iiti.ac.in) Last date for submission of application form is 10th December 2010.
10. The candidate should send their application in an envelope superscripted clearly “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _____ “ TO The REGISTRAR, Indian Institute of Technology Indore, IET-DAVV Campus, Khandwa Road, Indore – 452 017.
11. The last date for receipt of completed Application form is 10th December 2010.
