    (a)
    For SC/ST/PWD/ XS candidates Rs. 50.00 (Towards postage only)
    (b) For all others (including OBC) - Rs. 400.00 (Application Fee plus postage)

    Requisite Application Fee is to be deposited at any of the
    Branches of United Bank of India, through a Deposit Challan as per the format given on the Bank’s website.

    NOTE
    :
    (i) Demand Drafts, Cheques, Money Orders, Postal Orders, Pay Orders, Banker’s Cheques, postal stamps, etc., will not be accepted
    (ii) The payment towards application fee will be accepted by our Branches between 25.10.2010 and before the last date indicated herein above, i.e 15.11.2010 Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and fee once paid will NOT be refunded under any circumstances nor can it be held in reserve for any other future selection process.

    HOW TO APPLY:


    Candidates are required to apply as per format given hereunder. Application format is also available in Bank’s Website.


    · Take a printout of the ‘CASH RECEIPT / DEPOSIT CHALLAN’ available in Bank’s website
    · Fill in the Cash Receipt in a clear and legible handwriting in BLOCK LETTERS.
    · Visit nearest United Bank of India Branch with the filled in Cash Receipt and pay, in Cash, the appropriate Application Fee in CBS Account No. 00980124261071 .Fees to be paid as indicated in Para – 3
    · Fill in all the columns of the Application Form and paste a recent photograph on the application form with signature across it and enclose the following documents
    (i) Copy of Cash Receipt /Deposit Challan
    (ii) Copies of under mentioned certificates (only attested)
    a) Secondary School Certificate / School leaving certificate or any other documentary proof of age.
    b) Mark sheets (year wise) showing specifically the subject studied and certificates in respect of
    educational qualification viz. SSLC, HSC, Graduate Degree etc.
    c) Experience certificates specifying designation, job profiles, period of service ( with specific dates,
    emoluments, activity profile of previous and present employers etc.
    d) Selected candidates will be required to produce a valid discharge certificate from the present
    employer before joining the service.
