Eligibility :
- Graduate freshers or with experience in up selling / collections/ sales
- Under-graduates with minimum 6 months of experience out of which preferably 3 months should be in up selling / collections/ sales
- All BE professionals should have a minimum of 6 months of work experience in an international call centre
Process Description :
- Verbally demonstrate the features and benefits of 3 products and services and information concisely, accurately and in an enthusiastic manner
- Create a need for the customer/prospective customer to buy handset contract,second handset contracts and broadband contracts
- Identify buying signals and convert prospect to sale
- Create an opportunity and develop sales leads for other channels
